Perfect for watching the world go by and there will be no need to hire a car as you will be close to everything that Carvoeiro offers: a large number of quality, good value restaurants, bars and shops as well as the lovely beaches. In the high season (June-September) there is also live entertainment in the village square.  However if you wish to explore the Algarve further then we can assist in hiring a car or arrange airport transfers as required.

Ground movements in Carvoeiro the Algarve are common.  Over time the shifts in the ground start to affect the swimming pool walls and swimming pool terraces, especially in those where the ground was built on under initial construction.

Casa Altojo was loosing water from the swimming pool walls and the pool after 20 plus years was starting to look tired.  The owners decided to complete renovate the pool.

We removed all the old tiles, removed the ladder steps, created new larger roman steps over existing ones, made new pool levels (not so deep) and then plastered, insulated, re-tiled and put new stone edging tiles.

Silves Holiday Rental Villa Portfolio

We are looking to expand the Pac4Portugal.com portfolio to now include villas from the Odelouca Valley to central Silves to Messines area.

  • We have always had a small portfolio of secluded villas and we now feel that the time is right to include these into a larger portfolio of countryside villas
  • Part of the team has spent the majority of their life and has business connections in the Silves area, so we can deliver a very good local knowledge service
  • We currently have a couple of building projects to convert farm houses into stunning rental investment properties.
  • Silves as a town is full of culture, history, shops and restaurants and is great base for a family holiday with Carvoeiro and its beaches only 15-20 mins drive away.

Villa Mediterrãneo – New Flagship Property 2016 onwards

Villa Mediterrãneo is a stunning 6 bedroom all with en suite shower/bathrooms, games room, large open plan lounge/dining area, 12m x 5m swimming pool and great outdoor space, located on the edge of Quinta do Paraiso.  It is due to be finished in February 2016 with us welcoming bookings from mid June 2016 onwards.  This villa is the first of a new generation villas built by the Pac4Portugal team, which will be managed and rented by us.  Our aim is to offer as much family fun and relaxation as we can in a property so we can entertain kids of all ages 1 to 80+.  **We have already started taking bookings for 2016**

Construction and Real Estate

We have continued to develop this area of the business and website, offering you a small selection of properties for sale (with access to more via one of our property managers), as well as projects to build Off Plan.  All being well we will be starting to build 2 villas close to Carvoeiro centre with the aim for them to be ready for rental in summer 2017.  If you have been in Carvoeiro this summer you may have seen some of our new advertising boards on some of our projects.  As always we will continue to market proactively.
