Description 

Villa Mediterrâneo (Sleeps 12+2) is one of a stunning luxury carvoeiro villa, built and furnished by the Pac4Portugal team.  This property is well equipped, air conditioned, 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa, with games room and a large 12m by 5m swimming pool that can be heated surround by large terrace, man made beach, seating areas and kids play area.  There is ample private parking and the villa can host special events like weddings. Located on edge of Quinta do Paraiso, it is 20 minutes walk from Carvoeiro town, Quinta do Paraiso facilities with 3 communal swimming pools are just a 5 minute walk away.  There are also two very good value restaurants for in eat in or takeaway just 2 minutes walk.

Gates open up to your stunning holiday location with a drive that brings you round to the side of the villa with parking. On entering the property you have the main living areas in front of you with an open plan lounge/dining area with a breakfast bar separating the fully equipped kitchen.  Within the lounge is ample seating, a fireplace, TV, with English and other channels, Netflix (use your on account),  DVD player, Fiber WiFi, Ipod docking station, selection of games for all ages.  There are patio doors opening up onto the terrace and pool area.  The fully equipped kitchen opens up onto a covered terrace for Alfresco shaded dining with large table and chairs (large enough for 12+ people) and access to the pool terrace. 

On entering the villa if you turn left there is a corridor leading to 3 superking/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms.  Each room has plenty of wardrobe space and patio doors leading to the garden and pool terraces.  At the end of the corridor is a games room with TV for IPTV, Netflix and Wii machine with accessories, table football, pool table, board games, plenty to keep kids of all ages entertained and mini gym.

Stairs from the entrance area lead to the first floor where there are 3 more superking/twin bedrooms all with en suite bath/shower rooms. The large master superking/twin bedroom has an extra bed (only made up when required).  Next to the master bedroom is another larger superking/twin bedroom that can fit a single bed in to make complete 12+2.  The final bedroom upstairs is just a superking/twin.  Each room has plenty of wardrobe space and patio doors leading to a private upstairs terrace with seaviews, this terrace just for first floor bedrooms and has outdoor sofa and chairs.  Also on the first floor is a sun terrace for all to use, with sunbeds and steps leading to the roof terrace with truly panoramic sea views, on a good day you can see all the way to Sagres on the west coast.  The roof terrace has a table and sofa, perfect for sun downers and watching the sunset

Outside the property is set in a good sized plot, fully fenced and screened, gates and parking for 4+ cars. There is a large 12m by 5m heatable swimming pool surrounded by a terrace area with a shaded area. The pool has roman steps with a shallow end of around 0.9m sloping to a deep end of 2m. There are sunbeds for 12+ and several seating areas to allow groups to have there own space.   The property has a built in large BBQ, a childrens play area, a large man made beach, lawn area, shaded hammock area, shaded sofa seating area.  There are plenty of games for the beach and the lawn including volleyball net, beach football net, basketball net.  Upgraded in 2019 are new quality table tennis, mini tennis net (paddle tennis), table football, outdoor pool table (only from May to October) boules, quoit plus lots more.  Villa Mediterrãneo was the first collaboration between the construction and rental teams of Pac4Portugal, especially designed for clients to enjoy time together whether relaxing or having fun.  The second is Villa Atlantica, another 6 bedroom villa.

Quinta do Paraiso is a family resort which is open through the season April/May to October/November offering guests (If you wish to use the facilities a daily fee will apply) restaurants, a mini mart, kids club, 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, PADI diving centre, crazy golf and various other recreational activities (a supplement will apply at reception to use these). Monte Carvoeiro is 5 minutes walk away with restaurants, bars and a mini mart. The property is 10 minutes walk from 2 beaches and also the same time from Carvoeiro town. Staying at Villa Mediterrâneo means you are in a good position with three Golf courses (Pinta/Gramacho and Vale do Milho) which are within a 5-15 minute drive away. Slide and Splash is 5 minutes drive and Zoomarine 20 minutes drive, just to mention a couple of the great attractions the Algarve has to offer.
