In 2016 Pac4Portugal finished building the first of number of large villas for our rental Portfolio.

Villa Mediterrâneo is a stunning luxury, well equipped, air conditioned, 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa with a large 12m by 5m swimming pool, man-made beach, shaded relaxing areas. Located on edge of Quinta do Paraiso, it is 20 minutes walk from Carvoeiro town and 2 minutes walk from two restaurants

“We have just returned from an amazing 8 days holiday at Villa Mediterrâneo. The villa, pool, garden and facilities are absolutely fantastic. It is a very large, quiet, relaxing, high quality new villa where great family fun was had by all. We were very well looked after by the owners Alex and Fernando who were always on the end of a telephone should we need them. The attention to detail, thought and effort put in to make your stay as enjoyable as possible was outstanding. The villa is about a 20-25 minute brisk walk, downhill to Carvoeiro town, which offers many restaurants, bars, shops, music and extremely delicious food. We walked this every evening but always opted for a taxi on the return leg back uphill. Taxi’s are always available from the taxi rank and our return journey cost circa €4.50. There are also two local restaurants to the villa offering great value meals within a 5 minute stroll. We would most definitely recommend Villa Mediterrâneo, Alex and Fernando – Pac4Portugal. Pac4Portugal Team – Our time out!

Wow the summer is nearly over and we have been working really hard. We have been fortunate to get a little time out to enjoy some of the events.

Pac4Portugal.com would like to continue to promote its “Personal Service, Local Knowledge” via sharing our experiences. Our time out! offers you an insight to events, places and leisure activities we like to undertake in our spare time, whether as a team, as an individual or with our clients.

Working 7 days a week sometime you forget to have fun and last week we really enjoyed the Feira Medieval de Silves (Silves Medieval Festival). This is a 10 night experience that usually takes place from the second week of August.

We managed to obtain some Pac4Portugal Team promo photos with our favourite entertainers of 2015 Silves Medieval:

And Escola de Dança Oriental Denise de Carvalho, who mesmorised us with their dancing

Our Time Out! so far features one of our favourite trips out to the west coast with a return journey via Caldas de Monchique. This is something we recommend to our more adventurous clients with cars and we always receive lots of appreciation afterwards.

Also there is a section about some of the professional and amateur music we enjoy throughout the year. We have a Rock ‘n’ Roll star in the team as well as a songwriter and he loves going to open house jam sessions. In addition there is abundance of concerts across the Algarve in the summer, with Fatacil, Lagoa at the end of August normally a huge hit with a mixture of culture, stalls, food and entertainment.

There is lots more planned but at present time is a little short to go into the detail we would like and so this will be an evolving project.

We find large group clients tend to book up to a year in advance, so to take advantage of the best properties around. Whether you are planning a special birthday, anniversary or looking to have a holiday with extended family or a group of friends then you may want to consider Casa as Videiras.

Although we have advertised Casa As Videiras for a number of years, 2015 has been the making of this property for us with the owner upgrading the property year on year. This year we have already had two groups of 3 generations stay at the villa.

Renting your Carvoeiro/Secluded Villa Property with Pac4Portugal

2015 has been a fantastic year for Pac4Portugal.com and it can only go from strength to strength with a team who prides itself on “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”

We are always looking for extra properties to add to rental portfolio whether just as rental agents or as Property Managers as well. We have always aimed to have around a core 30 Carvoeiro villas that we work directly with the owners, this allows us to know our properties and keep it personal. There is nothing worse in booking a holiday and someone reading the details from a brochure to you. If we do not know an answer, we will find out and come back to you with the details.

Naturally our portfolio changes from time to time with some villas being sold, no longer available for rental or no longer meet our standards. In addition we have a selection of Carvoeiro apartments and a few secluded escape villas, more wanted.

We work closely with our owners to help meet their objectives as well as advise them on ways to improve their set up so to achieve better rates of return and/or save costs.

Pac4Portugal management team is supported by our construction company and a network of trusted staff for cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance. In addition if you wish to improve your property through re-modelling and renovations, we can share our experience with you to give you the best service possible.

We are looking for a range of properties to compliment our current portfolio but spaces are limited. We are particularly interested in properties in Carvoeiro, Silves and Monchique area, however you must have obtained an Alojamento Local or be planning to apply for one (we can help with applications and making your property ready for the licence).
