Construction, Renovations & Landscaping

Fernando José Dos Santos Cabrita has been building villas in the Algarve for over 30 years with more than 200 villas completed and a number currently under construction.   He is very hands on throughout the build.  We can offer you your own design new builds, Turnkey Projects, New Builds, including turnkey set up.  We have a dedicated teams for renovations whether a bathroom or a full re-modelling, in addition we also have a dedicated professional landscaping team.

Real Estate

We are not estate agents and do not earn commission from the properties we advertise.  We offer the service to aid our owners who we already offer our management and/or rental services.  In addition some properties are owned by the construction company and/or the developers which are part of the Pac4Portugal experience

Property Management

We recognise that it is important to offer the right personal service throughout and have developed our own branded management team to make sure that the property, the owner and the rental clients all have the right quality dedication

Property Rentals 

You have your property and the management team is in place, there is no reason why your rental property should not be a great investment as well as a second home.  We work closely with our clients to deliver you rentals through our dedicated advertising and client databases.
