Carvoeiro, Algarve 2017 Set to be busier than ever

Although the pound continues to slump against the euro, we have seen an increased number of villa rental bookings for 2017 season.  Those of you who have been slow out of the starting blocks may have already missed your favourite villa for your preferred weeks.

For example the popular Casa Pacata on Quinta do Pariaso resort, Carvoeiro is already fully booked from 27 July 2017 to 31 August 2017 with interest already started for 2018

Casa Filarte, a 4 bedroom villa with gated pool located just 1km from Carvoeiro beach continues to book well even with construction work in the area

Also our stunning Villa Mediterraneo is due to be affected by building work in the area, but with a 15% discount off normal prices it has already started to book from April 2017 onwards.

Even the normal slow to book Casa Comprida, a well equipped 4 bedroom villa situated 2km from Carvoeiro to the east is already booked from 29 July 2017 to 28 August 2017

We do have some villas still with good peak season availability, but these will fill, even they start slower than others. Also we are awaiting the arrival of couple of new properties to our portfolio.

Renovating Your Villa, Carvoeiro, Algarve
