Perfect for watching the world go by and there will be no need to hire a car as you will be close to everything that Carvoeiro offers: a large number of quality, good value restaurants, bars and shops as well as the lovely beaches. In the high season (June-September) there is also live entertainment in the village square.  However if you wish to explore the Algarve further then we can assist in hiring a car or arrange airport transfers as required.

Carvoeiro, Algarve 2017 Set to be busier than ever

Although the pound continues to slump against the euro, we have seen an increased number of villa rental bookings for 2017 season.  Those of you who have been slow out of the starting blocks may have already missed your favourite villa for your preferred weeks.

For example the popular Casa Pacata on Quinta do Pariaso resort, Carvoeiro is already fully booked from 27 July 2017 to 31 August 2017 with interest already started for 2018

Casa Filarte, a 4 bedroom villa with gated pool located just 1km from Carvoeiro beach continues to book well even with construction work in the area

Also our stunning Villa Mediterraneo is due to be affected by building work in the area, but with a 15% discount off normal prices it has already started to book from April 2017 onwards.

Even the normal slow to book Casa Comprida, a well equipped 4 bedroom villa situated 2km from Carvoeiro to the east is already booked from 29 July 2017 to 28 August 2017

We do have some villas still with good peak season availability, but these will fill, even they start slower than others. Also we are awaiting the arrival of couple of new properties to our portfolio.

Renovating Your Villa, Carvoeiro, Algarve

Pac4Portugal continues to build its reputation in the construction part of the business for quality work at good value prices.  As the opportunities to build new villas on previously non developed land becomes harder to achieve, clients continue to turn to renovating older properties.

We understand if it is your first time to the Algarve then maybe mainstream, along with beaches and pool is all you want to do, but those who return year on year often look for more to do to enhance their holidays.

Pac4Portugal 7HV 7 Walk

The latest addition to the webpage is the 7 Hanging Valleys walk which now officially starts at Praia do Centieanes and halfway is Praia da Marinha if you are doing the return trip.  It is around 5.7km each way, medium difficulty due to erosion and takes around 3 hours each way.  We can highly recommend this for those of you who like to explore and take stunning photos.

We actually started at Praia da Albandeira, the original unofficial start and carried on to Praia do Carvoeiro, probably more like 8.5km.  But it made it easy to walk back home afterwards, up another set of hills.
