If you are traveling from outside of Europe or on a multi destination holiday this summer then you are probably looking for a 4 or 5 night stay. The majority of properties will not offer this possibility, however at Pac4Portugal we have selected properties that will meet your needs our of peak and a limited number that will offer in peak times.

A Little History
Our property rental section of Pac4Portugal was established initially in February 2006, some 10 years ago, under http://www.villa-in-carvoeiro.com. We thought about what we disliked when booking our own holidays and how we could improve this. We hated booking a holiday and when speaking to the travel agent you knew they were just reading from a brochure. So 10 years ago our first and foremost objective was to deliver personal service while utilising our local knowledge.

We even take this a step further and where we have had multiple communication with potential clients, but were not able to help them on that occasion we arrange to meet them during their holidays to put a face to the emails and telephone conversations
Business Progression

In 2014 Pac4Portugal.com was launched as a more professional way to advertise. Our websites have never been searchable by date or for clients to book directly on them. We want our clients to contact us with their requirements and then we can advise them of the best options available and tailor make their rental requirements.
Is it just the English that we cater for?
Property owners ask us whether we only market to the English clients, the simple answer is no. Although our website is in English, our team in Portugal is multi-lingual and we advertise in Portugal in 2-4 languages as we recognise our extended market. We accommodate clients across Europe (UK, Ireland, Sweden, The Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy to name a few), North America, South America, Asia and Australasia. So pretty much across the world. The use of translate programs on the internet allows us to communicate better with different nationalities.
Most the properties are initially set up for the UK market, however with the use of the internet we are able to help other nationalities with some of their home TV comforts if needed
Social Media
We believe in keeping in contact with as many potential, new and repeat clients as possible. Like many businesses we find social media a very useful and instant way to communicate with them. Our Facebook page is updated on a daily basis with photos and any news, we have nearly 18,000 followers. We also use twitter, pinterest, instagram and many more, as well as catering for our more professional clients via Linkedin.
The Social Media allows us in the peak season to keep our finger on the pulse and share some of our experiences as well as inform people of what is on and any suggestions.
In addition we have a monthly newsletter that keeps our subscribers of all the latest news, changes, improvements, as well as offers

Through offering our personal service from day one of contact whether with a rental client or an owner, we start to build a good rapport with clients. Many of our clients become friends over time. Some it is just great to catch up over a cuppa and others out of season we like to share a meal or an experience with them.

2015 has been a fantastic year for Pac4Portugal.com and it can only go from strength to strength with a team who prides itself on “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”
We are always looking for extra properties to add to rental portfolio whether just as rental agents or as Property Managers as well. We have always aimed to have around a core 30 Carvoeiro villas that we work directly with the owners, this allows us to know our properties and keep it personal. There is nothing worse in booking a holiday and someone reading the details from a brochure to you. If we do not know an answer, we will find out and come back to you with the details.
Naturally our portfolio changes from time to time with some villas being sold, no longer available for rental or no longer meet our standards. In addition we have a selection of Carvoeiro apartments and a few secluded escape villas, more wanted.
We work closely with our owners to help meet their objectives as well as advise them on ways to improve their set up so to achieve better rates of return and/or save costs.
Pac4Portugal management team is supported by our construction company and a network of trusted staff for cleaning, gardening and pool maintenance. In addition if you wish to improve your property through re-modelling and renovations, we can share our experience with you to give you the best service possible.
We are looking for a range of properties to compliment our current portfolio but spaces are limited. We are particularly interested in properties in Carvoeiro, Silves and Monchique area, however you must have obtained an Alojamento Local or be planning to apply for one (we can help with applications and making your property ready for the licence).
After the success of last years street party in Carvoeiro, we have the pleasure to enjoy it all again this year. #CarvoeiroBlack&White There is entertainment for all ages, we the central roads closed off and 3 stages plus market stalls set up with varying styles.

Building your own villa can be both exciting and very stressful. At Pac4Portugal.com we are here to guide you through the process with the confidence that you dealing directly with the constructors, architects and project managers rather that down a chain of third parties. As you are working direct we are able to provide quality builds at very very competitive rates, while adhering to your “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”. At Pac4Portugal we specialise in construction in the Carvoeiro, Lagoa and Silves areas, however for the right project we may consider other area of the Algarve and Portugal.
Furthermore, Pac4Portugal.com with its dedicated Property Management Team are there with you from your initial enquiry, throughout the build and on completion you have a property manager that understands your property and therefore able to deliver a quality service to you and your potential rental clients (if you choose to take advantage of generating some income).

Casa Mareceu is a stylish and well-furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with a beautiful 9m by 4m swimming pool. The villa is ideally located just off the coast road near the village church and boardwalk and only 0.3km to Carvoeiro village square which links directly to the beach.
Just joined the portfolio and is available from 10 October 2015 onwards. This villa is sure to be a hit and we are very pleased to be adding the property.
The property offers excellent communal and private areas with great sea views enabling clients to watch the world sail past or to take time by ones self on one of several private terraces.
On entering the villa you have a reception area: to the right are 2 steps down to a beautifully furnished lounge, with lovely traditional Portuguese terracotta floor tiling, seating for at least 6, centred around the flat screen TV and media centre. There is Wi-Fi for clients to keep in contact with friends and family as well as watch TV online if desired.
The lounge has two sets of patio doors that open onto covered terraces: one with a table and chairs for meals and the other with lounging furniture. From the lounge, 2 steps lead you to a separate dining area with seating for at least 6 and a door to the kitchen for ease of service when eating in. The kitchen can also be accessed from a corridor leading from the reception area and is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. Clients have access to a separate laundry area with washing machine and door leading to terraces and back lawn area.
From the reception area a corridor leads to the two downstairs twin bedrooms. The bedroom to the left is well furnished and has a window with views to the sea and garden. Opposite the bedroom is a family sized bathroom with shower over bath, basin, toilet and bidet. The second twin bedroom has patio doors to a small terrace, again with sea view, with table and chairs and steps down to lawn area – perfect for your morning coffee or tea as you plan the day ahead. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
The staircase from the reception area leads to the first floor and the master bedroom. At the top of the stairs is a small seating area, ideal for reading while out of the heat of the day but still enjoying the sun. A patio door leads to a large sun terrace with sunbeds and table and chairs, where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views and late evening sun sets. The master bedroom is well furnished with large double bed and quality furniture and has an en- suite shower room with shower, toilet, bidet and basin.
The property has air conditioning available in all the bedrooms and the main living areas. There is a safe and the owners supply hair dryers and beach/pool towels for clients use.
Outside there is a 9m by 4m swimming pool which opens up to 5m wide at one end and has Roman steps with a depth starting at 1m sloping down to 1.6m and then 2m at the deep end – just great for family pool games. On the sun terraces near the pool are sun beds and parasols and then a large raised terrace with built in BBQ and further outdoor eating facilities including table and chairs. The property has mature gardens with lawn areas and flower borders to both the front and rear of the property.
On leaving the villa, you can either go left to the Algar Seco with its rock formations and the restaurants and bars to the top of Carvoeiro, or go right to the boardwalk entrance, village church and short walk to the village square and beach.
At Mareceu there will be no need to hire a car as you will be close to everything that Carvoeiro offers: a large number of quality, good value restaurants, bars and shops as well as the lovely beaches. In the high season (June-September) there is also live entertainment in the village square. However if you wish to explore the Algarve further then we can assist in hiring a car or arrange airport transfers as required.
