Silves Holiday Rental Villa Portfolio

We are looking to expand the Pac4Portugal.com portfolio to now include villas from the Odelouca Valley to central Silves to Messines area.

Why are we doing this?

We have always had a small portfolio of secluded villas and we now feel that the time is right to include these into a larger portfolio of countryside villas
Part of the team has spent the majority of their life and has business connections in the Silves area, so we can deliver a very good local knowledge service
We currently have a couple of building projects to convert farm houses into stunning rental investment properties.
Silves as a town is full of culture, history, shops and restaurants and is great base for a family holiday with Carvoeiro and its beaches only 15-20 mins drive away.

If we expand, will we lose our core values?

The short answer is no, because with the larger business we have a new team ready in the background to help us enhance the business. They already help us from time to time in the current setup and will be able to expand the Pac4Portugal Rental, Management and Construction into these selected areas while not losing are core “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”

All properties featured on the PactPortugal.com website now have or are applying for their Alojamento Local (Tourist Licence) – if you do not have one we can help you apply for this. Pac4Portugal Team – Our time out!

Wow the summer is nearly over and we have been working really hard. We have been fortunate to get a little time out to enjoy some of the events.

Pac4Portugal.com would like to continue to promote its “Personal Service, Local Knowledge” via sharing our experiences. Our time out! offers you an insight to events, places and leisure activities we like to undertake in our spare time, whether as a team, as an individual or with our clients.

Working 7 days a week sometime you forget to have fun and last week we really enjoyed the Feira Medieval de Silves (Silves Medieval Festival). This is a 10 night experience that usually takes place from the second week of August.

We managed to obtain some Pac4Portugal Team promo photos with our favourite entertainers of 2015 Silves Medieval:

And Escola de Dança Oriental Denise de Carvalho, who mesmorised us with their dancing

Our Time Out! so far features one of our favourite trips out to the west coast with a return journey via Caldas de Monchique. This is something we recommend to our more adventurous clients with cars and we always receive lots of appreciation afterwards.

Also there is a section about some of the professional and amateur music we enjoy throughout the year. We have a Rock ‘n’ Roll star in the team as well as a songwriter and he loves going to open house jam sessions. In addition there is abundance of concerts across the Algarve in the summer, with Fatacil, Lagoa at the end of August normally a huge hit with a mixture of culture, stalls, food and entertainment.

There is lots more planned but at present time is a little short to go into the detail we would like and so this will be an evolving project.
