Wow the summer is nearly over and we have been busier than ever as those of you who follow us on Social Media will be aware of, we hope you have had a good summer. It has been a pleasure to meet so many new and repeat clients this summer.

Now we are busy filling remaining dates for 2015 with late deals/special offers and these offers on the majority feature on our website and the attached newsletter.

2016 Bookings

In addition we are also working hard for 2016 and beyond. If you follow us on social media you will now know some of the dates for the festivals in 2016, these include:

Villa Mediterrãneo – New Flagship Property 2016 onwards

Villa Mediterrãneo is a stunning 6 bedroom all with en suite shower/bathrooms, games room, large open plan lounge/dining area, 12m x 5m swimming pool and great outdoor space, located on the edge of Quinta do Paraiso. It is due to be finished in February 2016 with us welcoming bookings from mid June 2016 onwards. This villa is the first of a new generation villas built by the Pac4Portugal team, which will be managed and rented by us. Our aim is to offer as much family fun and relaxation as we can in a property so we can entertain kids of all ages 1 to 80+. **We have already started taking bookings for 2016**

Construction and Real Estate

We have continued to develop this area of the business and website, offering you a small selection of properties for sale (with access to more via one of our property managers), as well as projects to build Off Plan. All being well we will be starting to build 2 villas close to Carvoeiro centre with the aim for them to be ready for rental in summer 2017. If you have been in Carvoeiro this summer you may have seen some of our new advertising boards on some of our projects. As always we will continue to market proactively.

September/October in the Algarve, a perfect time for a villa holiday!

July and August is a great time in the Algarve for families with kids at school, however September/October still has fantastic weather, lots to do but with the advantage of less crowds. At Pac4Portugal we have already seen lots of advance booking for the last couple of months of the 2015 season.

Here is our pick of the weeks and villas still with September 2015 availability

Carvoeiro Villa on Quinta do Paraiso Resort

With the countdown to peak season well under way, we have limited weeks left in our Quinta do Paraiso villas.

Casa Pacata, a 3 bedroom villa with private gated pool, air conditioning and WiFi is only available from 9 July to 16 July 2015 for a special price of £925 and then from 27 August to 10 September

56 Quinta do Paraiso, is a 3 bedroom villa with private pool, available from 8 July to 23 July 2015 and 20 August 2015 onwards

60 Quinta do Paraiso is luxury 4 bedroom villa with private pool, air conditioning and WiFi, available from 12 June to 23 July 2015, special offer 10% discount with more discount possible for a group of 4 or less people.

Quinta do Paraiso is a family resort which is open through the season April/May to October/November offering guests (subject to a daily fee at this villa) restaurants, a mini mart, kids club, 3 swimming pools, tennis courts, PADI diving centre, crazy golf and various other recreational activities (a supplement will apply at reception to use these). Monte Carvoeiro is 5 minutes walk away with restaurants, bars and a mini mart. The property is 10 minutes walk from 2 beaches and also the same time from Carvoeiro town. Staying at 60 Quinta do Paraiso means you are in a good position with three Golf courses (Pinta/Gramacho and Vale do Milho) which are within a 5-15 minute drive away. Slide and Splash is 5 minutes drive and Zoomarine 20 minutes drive, just to mention a couple of the great attractions the Algarve has to offer.

Looking for Friday Changeover day for Villa Rentals, Carvoeiro, Algarve

This year we have had a whole influx of requests for Friday changeovers for our villas and apartments. The normal changeover days for rentals has been traditionally Thursday and Saturday, but airlines have added premiums to these dates so people often search for alternate changeovers.

Our Irish clients tend to come on Wednesday, while our Scottish on a Sunday, we do have properties that can accommodate this, like Casa Filarte, a luxury 4 bedroom villa, available on a Wednesday changeover or Casa Solfeiras, a budget 3 bedroom villa

The owners of Casa Comprida have allowed us to offer Friday changeover subject to availability, along with the luxury Casa Ursa

Other villas and apartments offer some flexibility the 4 bedroom villas of Casa Estrela Mar and Casa Tulipa

We have plenty of properties still more rigid during peak season for your traditional Thursday and Saturday changeover.

Out with the Old, In with the New

2014 has been a great year for us and 2015 is sure to be even better. We are looking forward to meeting some old clients and hopefully many new. We have exciting times ahead for ‪#‎Pac4Portugal‬

We launched Pac4Portugal.com the new more professional website of our suite of websites and this Christmas launched our wordpress website Pac4Portugal.co, to compliment our social media presence.

Portuguese laws & regulations have reshaped our property portfolio for the better & new business associations has seen us move into being able to deliver a “Whole Property Package” for 2015 onwards. Pac4Portugal now consists of a rental company, a construction company and an Algarvian travel agency, all working towards giving you “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”.
