Walking Holiday

Wow the summer is nearly over and we have been busier than ever as those of you who follow us on Social Media will be aware of, we hope you have had a good summer.   It has been a pleasure to meet so many new and repeat clients this summer.

Now we are busy filling remaining dates for 2015 with late deals/special offers and these offers on the majority feature on our website and the attached newsletter.

2016 Bookings

In addition we are also working hard for 2016 and beyond.  If you follow us on social media you will now know some of the dates for the festivals in 2016, these include:

• Carvoeiro Noite Black & Whiteconfirmed on 18 June 2016;
• Feira Medieval de Silvesconfirmed between 5 August – 14 August 2015;
• Fatacil Festivalend of August;
• A night out at the spectacular Noite Branca LouléTBC;
• Or one of many events across the Algarve in the summer

We have had a great start to 2016 bookings with a couple of villas already filling fast and we suggest that if you want a rental week for 2016 in Casa Pacata, Casa Rostra, 60 Quinta do Paraiso, Casa As Videiras or Casa Andorinha you contact us now!!

Villa Mediterrãneo – New Flagship Property 2016 onwards

Villa Mediterrãneo is a stunning 6 bedroom all with en suite shower/bathrooms, games room, large open plan lounge/dining area, 12m x 5m swimming pool and great outdoor space, located on the edge of Quinta do Paraiso.  It is due to be finished in February 2016 with us welcoming bookings from mid June 2016 onwards.  This villa is the first of a new generation villas built by the Pac4Portugal team, which will be managed and rented by us.  Our aim is to offer as much family fun and relaxation as we can in a property so we can entertain kids of all ages 1 to 80+.  **We have already started taking bookings for 2016**

Construction and Real Estate

We have continued to develop this area of the business and website, offering you a small selection of properties for sale (with access to more via one of our property managers), as well as projects to build Off Plan.  All being well we will be starting to build 2 villas close to Carvoeiro centre with the aim for them to be ready for rental in summer 2017.  If you have been in Carvoeiro this summer you may have seen some of our new advertising boards on some of our projects.  As always we will continue to market proactively.
