We have just added Casa Larga Vista to our portfolio. This is a very well equipped 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa in the Caramujeira area of Carvoeiro.

Casa Larga Vista is fully equipped externally with 8.5m by 4m private gated heated pool, Gas BBQ and external kitchen area, large outside shaded dining area, large play/sunbathing area and roof terrace.

On the ground floor are two of the four en-suite bedrooms, a kitchen/laundry room, small dining room and large lounge with TV, DVD, Film Server, a Wii and a large selection of DVDs. On the first floor are two en-suite bedrooms, a games room complete with Film Server and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a second quiet lounge with a large internal dining area. Outside the kitchen is an external patio with large table and seating. The free use of Wifi or for your use, a PC with MS Office and full Internet access is provided throughout the villa.

The villa is not overlooked and offers magnificent views and breath-taking silence. This property is in a great place to relax by the pool and enjoy long countryside walks.

We launched Pac4Portugal.com the new more professional website of our suite of websites and this Christmas launched our wordpress website Pac4Portugal.co, to compliment our social media presence.

Portuguese laws & regulations have reshaped our property portfolio for the better & new business associations has seen us move into being able to deliver a “Whole Property Package” for 2015 onwards. Pac4Portugal now consists of a rental company, a construction company and an Algarvian travel agency, all working towards giving you “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”. The last couple of years we have been working closely with Red Dragon Transfers & Tours to ensure that they deliver the right service to our clients. We earn no commission from recommending them and have a special arrangement for clients who book one of our properties, to give them a little extra back.

Although they are not the cheapest Carvoeiro/Faro Airport Transfers, they offer “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”, which is key to us. This is especially important for clients coming to Carvoeiro and the Algarve for the first time as they can quickly recommend places and things to do during your journey from the airport. Those people who have used their services have quickly recommended them to other tourists within their resorts during their stay.

Casa Solfeiras is a charming 3 bedroom private villa with pool in an ideal location, just 10 minutes walk into Carvoeiro center. The villa is perfect for outdoor living and with gated terraces, making it more child friendly, with the added bonus that it is positioned in a Cul-de-Sac

We are in the process of supplying new linen, towels and making the property feel more airy and 2015 sees the addition of WiFi.

“Just returned from a week at the villa with my husband and 3 teenagers had a great time, Alex Cracknell (Pac4Portugal) very pleasant and extremely helpful. The pool was lovely great outdoor space clean comfortable and spacious inside but does require some updating. Location perfect away from the hustle and bustle but only a ten minute walk into town via ‘Cardiac’ hill (Don’t know what it was really called). We also had access to the pool and bar at the Solferias Hotel across the road . The kids were happy as they were allowed to use the wi-fi there, also for the adults the drinks were cheaper than in town..” – Lister Family, England (August 2014)
