With glorious sunshine and only a couple of hours flight time the Algarve is a perfect destination for you holidays or short breaks. Endless beaches and coves, good food and summer warmth, if you have not booked your 2015 Holiday in the Algarve, why not?

We have a great villa that for some reason always books a little later than the others, but once clients arrive they are more than pleased with the accommodation, settings and facilities. Casa Comprida is located just 2km from the centre of Carvoeiro, but there is a couple of restaurants much closer, including Restaurant Vale de Milho which has a great play area for the kids, and if you are not having a meal, its a nice place to have a drink while you call for a taxi.

Casa Comprida is a 4 bedroom villa with large 10m by 5m one depth heatable swimming pool. There are good terrace areas, both full sun and shaded so to cater for all needs. The mature garden is fully fenced and the only entrance is through electric gates down the drive. The villa has ample parking and is a perfect location for a large family, 2 families or a group of friends.

Central Carvoeiro Rental Villa, offers the parents more piece of mind

We often are requested for properties that are close enough to the town that families with teenagers can let the kids go out at night on their own, yet know that the villa is close enough for them to get home relatively safe enough.

Well we have a couple of villas that tick these boxes.

Casa Serena is a private location approximately 500m from the town, Casa Serena offers a degree of independence to families with older children. Situated in picturesque surroundings, this beautiful 3 bedroom villa is set in established gardens in an elevated position and has the advantage of sea views.

Casa Solfeiras is a charming 3 bedroom villa with pool in an ideal location, just 10 minutes walk into Carvoeiro center. The villa is perfect for outdoor living and with gated terraces, making it more child friendly, with the added bonus that it is positioned in a Cul-de-Sac

Casa Trevo is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa positioned near the Tivoli Hotel, just 5 mins walk into Carvoeiro town. Set in a good sized plot with mature gardens, the villa has a pool which can be classed as gated as once in the villa there is a gate from terrace to the pool

Casa Filarte is stunning 4 bedroom villa with gated pool, overlooking Carvoeiro and under 1km from the center, very close by foot or car. This brand new property is stylishly furnished and showcases some of the owners own artwork. This is a perfect property for 1 or 2 families, well designed for all year rentals.

Looking for Friday Changeover day for Villa Rentals, Carvoeiro, Algarve

This year we have had a whole influx of requests for Friday changeovers for our villas and apartments. The normal changeover days for rentals has been traditionally Thursday and Saturday, but airlines have added premiums to these dates so people often search for alternate changeovers.

Our Irish clients tend to come on Wednesday, while our Scottish on a Sunday, we do have properties that can accommodate this, like Casa Filarte, a luxury 4 bedroom villa, available on a Wednesday changeover or Casa Solfeiras, a budget 3 bedroom villa

The owners of Casa Comprida have allowed us to offer Friday changeover subject to availability, along with the luxury Casa Ursa

Other villas and apartments offer some flexibility the 4 bedroom villas of Casa Estrela Mar and Casa Tulipa

We have plenty of properties still more rigid during peak season for your traditional Thursday and Saturday changeover.

We have just added a stunning 6 bedroom villa which has beautiful outside areas, a large 12m by 6m solar heated swimming pool, lawns, chill out areas and table tennis.

Located to the east of Carvoeiro and the town is just 5 minutes drive or 25 minute walk. There is also a cafe withing 7 minute walk and a supermarket within 15 minutes

Personal Service, Carvoeiro, Algarve Transfers & Tickets

The last couple of years we have been working closely with Red Dragon Transfers & Tours to ensure that they deliver the right service to our clients. We earn no commission from recommending them and have a special arrangement for clients who book one of our properties, to give them a little extra back.

Although they are not the cheapest Carvoeiro/Faro Airport Transfers, they offer “Personal Service, Local Knowledge”, which is key to us. This is especially important for clients coming to Carvoeiro and the Algarve for the first time as they can quickly recommend places and things to do during your journey from the airport. Those people who have used their services have quickly recommended them to other tourists within their resorts during their stay.
