Pac4Portugal Team – Our time out!

Wow the summer is nearly over and we have been working really hard. We have been fortunate to get a little time out to enjoy some of the events.

Pac4Portugal.com would like to continue to promote its “Personal Service, Local Knowledge” via sharing our experiences. Our time out! offers you an insight to events, places and leisure activities we like to undertake in our spare time, whether as a team, as an individual or with our clients.

Working 7 days a week sometime you forget to have fun and last week we really enjoyed the Feira Medieval de Silves (Silves Medieval Festival). This is a 10 night experience that usually takes place from the second week of August.

We managed to obtain some Pac4Portugal Team promo photos with our favourite entertainers of 2015 Silves Medieval:

Our Time Out! so far features one of our favourite trips out to the west coast with a return journey via Caldas de Monchique. This is something we recommend to our more adventurous clients with cars and we always receive lots of appreciation afterwards.

Also there is a section about some of the professional and amateur music we enjoy throughout the year. We have a Rock ‘n’ Roll star in the team as well as a songwriter and he loves going to open house jam sessions. In addition there is abundance of concerts across the Algarve in the summer, with Fatacil, Lagoa at the end of August normally a huge hit with a mixture of culture, stalls, food and entertainment.

There is lots more planned but at present time is a little short to go into the detail we would like and so this will be an evolving project.

Great Algarve Villas for me time, while the kids play

Villas close and within easy walking distance of the Carvoeiro centre are highly sought after from families with teenagers.

You know if you have teenagers they are going to want to explore the town and probably at hours that do not suit your sleeping patterns. We have lots of clients looking for properties that are in easy reach of the center with a relatively safe walk to and from the property.

New Villa just added to Carvoeiro Rental Market

Casa Encarnado is one of those properties where pictures simply do not do it justice. This 3 bedroom villa looks stunning sitting in a mature plot with gardens, lawns and magnificant 12m by 6m solar heated infinity type pool. A car is recommended. The Beach, Shops, Restaurants and even a Golf Course are within walking distance (2km).

On entrance to the villa you soon find that it has been designed as an upside down house so that the main living areas take advantage of the beautiful seaviews. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer (washing machine located downstairs) etc. From the kitchen there is a door that leads to steps down to the BBQ and pool terrace. Outside is secure parking, the plot is fully fenced and gated. Clients can enjoy a mature garden with lawn area for the kids to have a kick about. There is outdoor furniture including table, chairs, sunbeds and a sunshade awning. The property has a magnificant 12m by 6m solar heated swimming pool with roman steps into a shallow end sloping to a deep end, if a swimming pool is the center of your family holiday then look no further and book now!!!

Just added to the rental market and already taking bookings, this stylish villa is sure to be a hit

Casa Melanie is a stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, with swimming pool. New to the rental market this villa is sure to be popular with families and golfers as Sesmarias has a couple of restuarants, two cafe/bars and a mini-mart.

Casa Melanie offers secure parking for 2 or 3 cars with good outdoor areas. On entering the villa there is an open and airy reception area with double doors opening up onto a large stylish open plan lounge and dining area with air conditioning. The lounge has a fireplace, TV, DVD and optional WiFi (£15 per week) and patio doors to the pool terrace. Through an archway there is a stylish dining room table and chairs and there is also patio doors leading to pool terrace area.

Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Also downstairs is a spacious double bedroom and a spacious twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. Sesmarias is an area about 5 minutes drive to the west of Carvoeiro and 10 minutes drive to the east of Ferragudo. There are a couple of restaurants, cafe/bars and a mini mart. The golf courses of Gramacho and Pinta are just a couple of minutes drive.

Nearby to the villa and just a few minutes drive is Carvoeiro tennis club. Also within 10 minutes drive is Slide and Splash water park and the amenities and supermarkets at Lagoa.

Looking for Friday Changeover day for Villa Rentals, Carvoeiro, Algarve

This year we have had a whole influx of requests for Friday changeovers for our villas and apartments. The normal changeover days for rentals has been traditionally Thursday and Saturday, but airlines have added premiums to these dates so people often search for alternate changeovers.

Our Irish clients tend to come on Wednesday, while our Scottish on a Sunday, we do have properties that can accommodate this, like Casa Filarte, a luxury 4 bedroom villa, available on a Wednesday changeover or Casa Solfeiras, a budget 3 bedroom villa

The owners of Casa Comprida have allowed us to offer Friday changeover subject to availability, along with the luxury Casa Ursa

Other villas and apartments offer some flexibility the 4 bedroom villas of Casa Estrela Mar and Casa Tulipa

We have plenty of properties still more rigid during peak season for your traditional Thursday and Saturday changeover.
