We are just in the process of releasing our Easter newsletter and receiving plenty of responses with a number turning into bookings. So for those of you not on our mailing list, our newsletter is below:

Late Deals

2015 to be a busy season

We have had a great start to the 2015 Season with bookings and enquiries a lot better than the last few years. However we still have limited availability for July/August 2015, mainly due to the fact we are still continuing to source quality properties to add to our Portfolio. You will see two new villas in our newsletter and one that has returned to the portfolio on Quinta do Parasio.

Monte Dourado complex is 95% full already for August 2015 and our private owners are enjoying one the best rental years ever. There is limited availability now throughout the year, with a high number of repeat clients.

Perfect locations

Casa Figora and Casa Eucalyptus (Caramujeira, Carvoeiro) which we introduced to you in our December newsletter seems to filling an important gap between complete rural villas and those close to the beach.

If you want to escape the world, enjoy nature, view the beautiful star filled night sky and spend important time with friends, family or loved ones, then Casa da Terra (NE of Messines) maybe perfect for you. Due to a couple of cancellations Casa da Terra is available in July and August 2015. This 2 bedroom villa with pool is just £825 per week and sleeps up to 4 people.

June is a beautiful month in the Algarve and coincidentally we only have availability now in June for Casa Bella Vista, a stylish 4 bedroom villa in Areias Dos Moinhos, Carvoeiro. Offering outside a large pool with high quality outdoor furniture, lawn area, electric gates and inside WiFi and aircon, sleeping up to 9 people.

Weddings

Are you travelling to Carvoeiro to attend a wedding this year? Then we have a couple of villas close to the Tivoli that maybe perfect for you, Casa Trevo and Casa Filarte.

Villa Upgrades

The upgrades on Casa Comprida, Casa Birgitta and Casa Solfeiras are due to be finished for the beginning of May ready for our first rental clients in both.

New Airport Transfer Company

Unfortunately the company that we worked with for airport transfers last year is now no longer trading, however do not worry as we have already found another company to offer as good or even better airport transfers. 1-4 people is 65€ each way and 5-8 is 70€ each way, however at this time we cannot offer free supermarket trip. We are busy trying to source local transfer business to cater for your needs while you are at your property. We will keep clients informed through our social networking and website.

Pac4Portugal Striving forward

Pac4Portugal.com has been evolving over the last couple of months; many of you will know we like to be proactive. We have just launched our first version of a smart phone friendly website and it is being received well. In addition we have successfully partnered up with an Algarvian business to start launching Pac4Portugal branded property management services; this is a natural progression for our business to help deliver service. Furthermore, we can offer new build projects for those looking to have their very own second home/rental investment. If you are looking to buy a property already constructed or would like to source land and build then contact us with your requirements.

And Finally

Believe it or not enquiries and bookings for 2016 have already started. But before 2016, we are looking forward to 2015 season and meeting both our repeat clients and our new clients.

New Villa just added to Carvoeiro Rental Market

Casa Encarnado is one of those properties where pictures simply do not do it justice. This 3 bedroom villa looks stunning sitting in a mature plot with gardens, lawns and magnificant 12m by 6m solar heated infinity type pool. A car is recommended. The Beach, Shops, Restaurants and even a Golf Course are within walking distance (2km).

On entrance to the villa you soon find that it has been designed as an upside down house so that the main living areas take advantage of the beautiful seaviews. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge freezer (washing machine located downstairs) etc. From the kitchen there is a door that leads to steps down to the BBQ and pool terrace. Also on the first floor is a large dining room table and chairs and an archway leading to a lounge area with TV and sofas. All three rooms have patio doors leading to a wrap around terrace and outdoor furniture.

A staircase leads you down past the front door to the ground floor sleeping and relaxing areas. At the bottom of the stairs is another sitting area with a bar and stools ready for you to stock with all your favourite tipples. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom that share a shower room and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom which has jacuzzi bath and separate shower. All the bedrooms and sitting area have patio doors. The villa has optional air conditioning

Outside is secure parking, the plot is fully fenced and gated. Clients can enjoy a mature garden with lawn area for the kids to have a kick about. There is outdoor furniture including table, chairs, sunbeds and a sunshade awning. The property has a magnificant 12m by 6m solar heated swimming pool with roman steps into a shallow end sloping to a deep end, if a swimming pool is the center of your family holiday then look no further and book now!!!

Just added to the rental market and already taking bookings, this stylish villa is sure to be a hit

Casa Melanie is a stylish 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, with swimming pool. New to the rental market this villa is sure to be popular with families and golfers as Sesmarias has a couple of restuarants, two cafe/bars and a mini-mart.

Casa Melanie offers secure parking for 2 or 3 cars with good outdoor areas. On entering the villa there is an open and airy reception area with double doors opening up onto a large stylish open plan lounge and dining area with air conditioning. The lounge has a fireplace, TV, DVD and optional WiFi (£15 per week) and patio doors to the pool terrace. Through an archway there is a stylish dining room table and chairs and there is also patio doors leading to pool terrace area.

Also on the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. Also downstairs is a spacious double bedroom and a spacious twin bedroom with a shared bathroom. On the first floor is a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom and patio doors leading to large sun terrace. All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

Ouside is a shaded varanda area with wooden table and chairs, sun loungers surrounding a 8m by 4m swimming with roman steps. The property has a mature garden surround it.

Sesmarias is an area about 5 minutes drive to the west of Carvoeiro and 10 minutes drive to the east of Ferragudo. There are a couple of restaurants, cafe/bars and a mini mart. The golf courses of Gramacho and Pinta are just a couple of minutes drive.

Nearby to the villa and just a few minutes drive is Carvoeiro tennis club. Also within 10 minutes drive is Slide and Splash water park and the amenities and supermarkets at Lagoa.

Summers just popped out, be back soon!!

With glorious sunshine and only a couple of hours flight time the Algarve is a perfect destination for you holidays or short breaks. Endless beaches and coves, good food and summer warmth, if you have not booked your 2015 Holiday in the Algarve, why not?

We have a great villa that for some reason always books a little later than the others, but once clients arrive they are more than pleased with the accommodation, settings and facilities. Casa Comprida is located just 2km from the centre of Carvoeiro, but there is a couple of restaurants much closer, including Restaurant Vale de Milho which has a great play area for the kids, and if you are not having a meal, its a nice place to have a drink while you call for a taxi.

Casa Comprida is a 4 bedroom villa with large 10m by 5m one depth heatable swimming pool. There are good terrace areas, both full sun and shaded so to cater for all needs. The mature garden is fully fenced and the only entrance is through electric gates down the drive. The villa has ample parking and is a perfect location for a large family, 2 families or a group of friends.

Carvoeiro, Algarve Villas with Gated Pools

Families with little ones often would like an extra piece of mind and contact us for villas with gated pools. Although, parents and grandparents need to keep a close eye on the little ones, they have a habit of escaping your eye is a flash, so why not consider one the following villas for your next holiday Portugal and the Algarve.

Casa Pacata is described as a “home from home” property and this 3 bedroom one level villa with private gated pool is very popular, especially as clients also have use of the Quinta do Paraiso resort facilities.
